Artist Statement

I studied oil painting and fine arts at Nanjing fine art University, China. I arrived in the US from China in 2000 to pursue my dream job at Pixar. Since 2007, I have been working on Pixar films. Simultaneously, I am continuously delving into profound contemplation of my art, cultivating richer visual experiences. Art has the power to enhance our lives and enrich our souls. My aspiration is to capture ordinary yet meaningful moments - glimpses of love and joy, emotions of loss and rediscovery - and convey them through my artistic expression.
