Entry Information for the
39th Annual Emeryville Art Exhibition
Show Dates: October 4-26, 2025
Gala Opening Night Reception is Friday, October 3, 6-9 p.m.
This is a juried exhibition for artists who live or work in Emeryville. There is no entry fee. However, upon acceptance to exhibit work, participating artists must volunteer a minimum of 3.5 hours or pay a $75 fee. Artists must be at least 18 years old.

Selection of work will be by ONE of two ways:
In-person jurying at your studio, home or workplace, or at Gallery 4509 (corner of Horton & 46th Street). Work will be viewed only in Emeryville. Click here for an entry application. Artists will be notified regarding assigned date and time for studio visit. A list with information on artwork is required at the time of visit. You can use the digital submission form for this. Artwork should be presented for easy viewing, as the jurors will adhere to a strict schedule.

Thumb drive digital image submission: Digital images of 2D and 3D work may be submitted on a thumb drive with an information sheet or through an on-line form. The artwork must be presented as single image jpegs, no slideshows. Musicians, performance or video artists may also submit on thumb drives. Fill out the entry form as well as the image submission form. Both must accompany your thumb drive. No CDs or DVDs; thumb drives only.

Only works not previously shown in the Emeryville Annual will be eligible. Applicants are encouraged to show work completed within the last five years.
Jurors will be seeking to view finished artwork and craft. The decision of the jurors will be final.
